Hello and welcome to the Street Invaders blog!
My name is Kirstie and I’m one of the summer interns here at Apostolic Youth Ministries International (AYMI). Believe it or not I get the job of updating this blog, our twitter account, facebook… you get the picture. It’s pretty crazy that I get to do this (among other slightly less exciting things) as a job.
As I look at my job… and how I now live in Calgary… I’m blown away by what God can do. A week and a half ago I was sitting at home with out a job, and now I’m here, doing what I love. God can do so much if we’re just willing to let Him!
The more I think about God’s provision for me the more I get excited about Street Invaders! If He can provide for so much in my life, how awesome is it going to be when we all get together and focus on Him and His plans? I think it’s going to be sweet.
Anyways, I want to let you all know that we’re going to be holding contests this summer leading up to SI. You’ll be able to win SI merch that you get to pick up once you get to boot camp (so if you aren’t registered yet, get on it! You can’t win anything without being registered.)
